The Nigerian Journal of Environment and Health (NJEH) is a peer-reviewed open-access scholarly Journal dedicated to bridging the gap between science, practice, and policy on Environment-Health issues with the overall goal of promoting public health and ensure sustainable development in Nigeria. It is a platform for exchange of critical ideas among the academia, industry, policy makers, regulatory agencies and other informed stakeholders on environment-health issues in Nigeria.

The NJEH operates both online Open Access and Print editions. Each article is posted online as soon as it is accepted for publication by the Editor-in-Chief following the peer-review process. Such online-published articles are thereafter collated twice a year (April and October) and published as Print editions
